Nordic walking is a total body version of walking that is performed with specially designed walkingpoles similar to ski poles. Learn about the benefits of using poles and how to use them. We will havesets of poles for people to try out.

We will discuss why it is important to take care of your feet, how to clean and care for your feet, how to protect your feet and what to do if you discover a foot problem.
